Nicholas Turk ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Ellude mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you use our App.

Information We Collect

Information You Provide

Game Center: If you sign in to Game Center, your Game Center profile name and scores are shared with Apple's Game Center service for leaderboards and achievements.
In-App Purchases: Purchase transactions are processed by Apple. We do not collect or store payment information.

Information Collected Automatically

Game Data: High scores and game settings are stored locally on your device and are not transmitted to us.
Analytics Data: We use Firebase Analytics to collect anonymous usage data such as app launches, session duration, and general gameplay metrics. This helps us improve the App.
Advertising Data: We use Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect device identifiers, IP address, and usage data to serve relevant ads.

App Tracking Transparency

On iOS 14.5 and later, we request your permission before tracking your activity across other companies' apps and websites for advertising purposes. You can change this permission at any time in your device settings.

How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

Display advertisements (unless you purchase the ad-free option)

Local Data: Game settings and high scores are stored on your device until you delete the App.

Advertising Data: Retained by Google according to their data retention policies.

Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us.

Your Rights

You can:

Opt out of personalized ads: Disable ad tracking in your device settings (Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking)
Reset advertising identifier: Reset your Advertising Identifier in device settings
Delete local data: Uninstall the App to remove all locally stored data
Opt out of analytics: Disable analytics in your device settings

We implement appropriate technical measures to protect information. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy in the App or on our website.
